Simon Pitney-Baxter – Chef/Patron
With a career spanning twelve years, working in restaurants and hotels, including three one Michelin Star properties, in England and Scotland, he has now realised his dream of taking on his own pub to exercise his passion for fine food and wine. “Only food that I enjoy eating feature on our menus; it’s cooked better that way! You’re in for a treat because I love eating!!”
Alex Hluscu – Front of House Manager
Newly promoted to lead the Front of House team in serving your needs he also makes a mean cocktail, this Summer leave the car at home and test him on his knowledge and refresh yourself in our beautiful gardens!
Michelle Wiaterek – Restaurant Supervisor
A veteran of the Red Lyon, Michelle has watched the pub grow in its amazing offering of great food and drink with service to match. A real trooper, who ensures that the pub is ready to meet your expectations, and then exceeds them, with her cheery smile and warm approach.
